Professional Massage Therapy

Policies

POLICIES:

Health History

Before your first session you will be provided a Client Intake Form to complete. Please print and fill out the forms and have it ready at your first appointment.

To provide optimal massage therapy at subsequent sessions it is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of new and existing health conditions.

Confirmations

Appointments will be confirmed one to two days before the scheduled massage.

Cancellations

Our time is valuable and your appointment time is reserved solely for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session.

Tardiness

Please be prepared for your session a few minutes prior to my arrival/your scheduled appointment to allow time to discuss any changes, questions and concerns that could affect your session. New clients should expect up to 15 minutes of the initial appointment to be spent discussing any health issues with the therapist.

If you are not prepared for your massage appointment you will be provided as much time as available within the scheduled time slot. You will, however, still be charged the full amount for your scheduled session.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of services. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct, in any form, is unacceptable. By scheduling a massage session, you understand that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. If a session is terminated by me because of sexual misconduct, you agree to full payment of the scheduled appointment.
